Thomas Clinton Quesenberry

Mr. Thomas Clinton Quesenberry, 65, of 1436 Christian Road, Westfield, passed away Monday morning, October 6, 2014, at the home of his sister, Pattie Ayers. Mr. Quesenberry was born August 20, 1949, in Raleigh County, WV, to the late Kirby Lester and Bessie Viola Quesenberry Quesenberry. He was a member of the Christian faith. He is survived by a son, Timothy Quesenberry and his special friend, Vicky Slavey, of Fancy Gap, VA; two grandsons, Jake Isaac Quesenberry and Luke Casey Quesenberry; a stepgranddaughter, Kristy Slavey; a step-great-grandson, Noah Dunford; two sisters, Pattie Ayers of Westfield and Pauline Goins of Fancy Gap, VA; and a brother, Cecil Dale Quesenberry of Mount Airy. In addition to his parents, Mr. Quesenberry was preceded in death by a brother, Randall Lee Quesenberry. A graveside service will be held Wednesday, October 8, 2014, at 11:00 AM at Bluemont Presbyterian Church Cemetery, with the Rev. James Quesenberry and the Rev. Emmett Crotts officiating. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 9:30 until 10:30 AM at Moody Funeral Home in Mount Airy. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Moody Funeral Home, P.O. Box 1288, Mount Airy, NC 27030, to assist the family with the funeral expenses.
