Timothy James Bailey

Mr. Timothy James Bailey, age 50, of Elkin passed away on Thursday October 1, 2009 at the Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem. He was born in Lucas County, Ohio on August 16, 1959 to George Franklin Bailey and Doris Gaynelle Hart Krechman. He was a self employed plumber and was of the Baptist faith. Surviving are his mother Doris Gaynelle Hart Krechman, of Toledo, OH: his father and step mother George Franklin Bailey and Sandra Bailey, of Elkin, NC, daughters Erin Rachel Bailey, of Boonville, NC, Ashley Ann Schnabel of Toledo, OH: two step sons John Ellsworth Wingard II, of Traphill, NC, Jeremy Ellsworth Wingard of Salt Lake City, UT; grandchildren Ashton James Hartzog, Tyler James Wall, John Wesley Wall III, Jason Zachery Schnabel, Timothy Joseph Schnabel, Mason Michael Schnabel, Bella Tyann Wingard, Waylon James Wingard; sisters Georgia Lee Bailey, of Myrtle Beach, SC, Frances Gaynelle Prince, of Greensboro, NC, Tamoria Bailey Helmstetler of Trinity; fiance Mary Elizabeth Lovett, of Elkin, NC. He was preceded in death by two grandchildren Delilah Rose Hartzog, and Steven Sparks. The family held a Memorial Service at the home of his father on Sunday October 4, 2009.
There will be no services or visitation held at the funeral home. Moody-Davis Funeral Home in Dobson is serving the Bailey family.
