Timothy Lee Bean

Mr. Timothy Lee Bean, 53 of Westfield, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Monday evening, April 24, 2017 at the Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home in Dobson. Mr. Bean was born in Forsyth County on June 14, 1963 to Joe Thomas Bean and Linda Lou Downing Francis. Mr. Bean was a loving father, son, brother and friend who will be dearly missed by all that knew him. Tim was a kind man who lived a simple life. He could be found at one of five places, church, home, work, his mom’s or his twin sister’s house. If he wasn’t there, there was a problem. He loved NASCAR, squirrel hunting, Survivor, The Walking Dead, and if you didn’t like The Carpenter’s, you were a questionable individual. He was forever stuck in the 70’s and cared nothing about changing. His only regret was never being able to realize his dream date with Pamela Anderson or Carrie Underwood. Mr. Bean is survived by two sons, Timothy Lee Bean II, and Ryan Scott Bean; a grandson, Kody Lee Bean; his mother and step-father, Linda Francis and Norman; his father and step-mother, Joe Bean and Ann; his twin sister and her husband, Terry Inman and Grant, and another sister, Wanda Bean; a brother and sister-in-law, Tony Bean and Karen; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Friday April 28, 2017 at Woodville Baptist Church at 11:00 AM with Rev. Sammy Lawson and Rev. Drew Southern officiating with burial to follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the service on Friday and at other times at Grant and Terry’s house. The family would like to say “Thank You” to the Woltz Hospice Home for all of their love and support given to Mr. Bean and his family during his illness. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Mountain Valley Hospice and Palliative Care, 401 Technology Lane Suite 200, Mount Airy, NC 27030 or Woodville Baptist Church Cemetery Fund, 5108 Westfield Road, Mount Airy, NC 27030.
