Tressie Lucille Toney

Ms. Tressie Lucille Toney, 77, of Yadkinville, passed away at the SECU Hospice Care Center of Yadkin.  She was born in Oak Hill, WV, December 29, 1944, to the late Charles Samuel and Lalah Opal Sexton Bragg.  Ms. Toney was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend.  She enjoyed spending time with her family and always placed their needs above her own.  She was a talented woman, painting, building items with wood, and also writing poetry.  Ms. Toney will be lovingly remembered by her children, Trina and Timothy Ashburn, Pamela and Robert Milam, Stanley and Sherri Klosski, and Wayne and Georgia Klosski; eleven grandchildren; thirty great grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren and one due on great-great grandma’s birthday; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Ray and Pat Dickerson, and Gene and Rose Waller; and several nieces and nephews.  In addition to her parents, Ms. Toney was preceded in death by a son, David Lee Milam; and a grandson, Jimmy Lee Milam.  Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Monday, December 12, 2022, at Moody Funeral Home Chapel with Rev.
