Victor Oscar Alvarez

Mr. Victor Oscar Alvarez, age 48 of Mount Airy, passed away on Monday, April 17, 2023, at Novant Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem.  Mr. Alvarez was born on July 20, 1974 in Mexico the Augustine Villalobos and Margareta Alvarez.  Victor was a loving father, grandfather, brother, and friend.  He will be deeply missed by all that knew him.  Surviving is his three daughters, Yuleima Alvarez, Yesgoba Alvarez, Yesenia Alvarez; and one son Alexiz Alvarez; nine grandchildren, Deon Alvarez, Talos Alvarez, Damina Alvarez, Eleiza Alvarez, Asenet Alvarez, Maylania Alvarez, Olivia Alvarez, Nayeli Alvarez, and baby girl on the way; two sisters, Gabriella Alvarez, Yolanda Alvarez; and two brothers, Matthews Alvarez and Michael Angelo Alvarez.  A funeral service will be held Monday, April 24, 2023, at 9:00 AM at Holy Angels Catholic Church in Mount Airy with Father Peter Nouck officiating.  The family will receive friends on Monday, April 24, 2023, from 10:00 AM until 12:00 at Holy Angels Catholic Church in Mount Airy.  Moody Funeral Services in Mount Airy has been entrusted with the arrangements.
