Wanda Kay Morrison Bryant

Mrs. Wanda Kay Morrison Bryant, 77, of Mt. Airy passed away Thursday, January 5, 2023, at Northern Regional Hospital in Mt. Airy.  She was born in Surry County on December 1, 1945, to the late Robert William Morrison and Hazel Georgia Draughn Morrison.  Mrs. Bryant was retired from Perry Manufacturing after many years of dedicated service.  She is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law, Jonathan and Karen Bryant, and Mickey Bryant; two grandchildren, Gage Prevette and Bella Prevette; two brothers and a sister-in-law, Dennis Morrison, and Allen and Frances Morrison; her loving kitty of 9 years, Phobee; grand fur baby, Lily; and a host of other family and friends.  In addition to her parents, Mrs. Bryant was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Hugh C. Bryant; and a brother, Neil Morrison.  A celebration of Life Service will be held Tuesday, January 10, 2023, at 2:00PM in the Moody Funeral Home Chapel with the Brother Miles Bryant officiating.  There will not be any formal visitation at the funeral home.
