William Thomas York

Mr. William Thomas York, age 66, of Dobson, NC passed away on Wednesday, November 7, 2018, at the Joan & Howard Woltz Hospice Home.  He was born in Surry Co. on May 17, 1952, to the late James Clark and the late Betty Jo Cummings York. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Russell York and Aaron Dale York.  Mr. York was a carpenter.  Surviving is his son, James Clark York of Elkin; grandchildren, Leah York and Dustin York; great-grandchildren Daymond York and Dixie York.  The family will hold a graveside memorial service at a later date.
