Wilma Carter

             Mrs. Wilma Webster Carter, age 78 of Stuart, passed away Wednesday, June 19, 2019 at Wytheville Hospital.  She was born in Patrick County on February 16, 1941 to the late Benjamin and Dolly Ann Webster.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Bill Carter; and three sons, Terry Carter, Daniel Carter, and James Ronald Webster.

            Surviving are two sons, David Carter of Martinsville, Glendale Carter of Horsepasture; and numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
